sony: global employer brand playbook & assets
When Sony’s new Employee Value Proposition (EVP) was approved by a myriad of stakeholders from the different Sony brands, I created an extensive (112pp!) playbook to unite them all – and, hopefully, make their employees say WOW.
My role: I sourced a vast library of stock images, and art-directed all downloadable print and digital (mostly social) assets.
