Supper club: the clapton pot
If you think London is a big, anonymous city, you’ve never been to my supper club in Hackney. For the last 7 years, together with a good friend, I’ve had lots of fun cooking delicious 3 course meals for total strangers on a regular basis: it’s a chance to get creative in the kitchen, and a great way to meet new people.
What makes The Clapton Pot different from other supper clubs is that, other than a one-off fundraiser for LGBT charity Stonewall, we’ve kept it entirely free – just so we can completely focus on the fun bit.
The Clapton Pot was featured in the Financial Times in 2018.
